As described in #10 - Bouncing Logo for Android app release v1.3.3.

Bumping up web app version to v1.3.1 which now calculates movement speed based on time rather than window redraw event that varies across screens and usually is dynamic, thus noticeable.

Two Android-specific items addressed:

• #8 - remove not needed network/internet permission;
• #7 - implement immersive (full-screen) mode.

As described in #10 - Bouncing Logo for Android app release `v1.3.3`.
